This directory records Fridai engineering standards, engineering policies, controlled registries, and migration decisions first implemented by Fridai Redline. Global standards and engineering policies apply across the Fridai technology estate; project migration records remain specific to this codebase. Engineering policies govern technical work but are not Fridai corporate policies.
